BR 1-02: The Storm

Today, I red "The Storm". The reason why I chose this book, I could't predict this book's story. So I wanted to read this book.

This book’s digest is: Children looked in the tree house. But the storm came to their town and the tree was down. Their dog found a box. Mom opened the box and they found a key inside.

When I was a child, I longed to play in the tree house. However, I couldn’t look in the tree house in fact. So I and my friends made little house of cardboard. We called this house “secret base”. This book carried me back to my such childhood.

Club meeting

I belong to the Economic research club (ERC) and I had a club meeting yesterday. Then we wrote our profile.
After that, 1st grade students and 2nd grade students of ERC went to drive. First we went to Dokko mountain to see night view. That was a wonderful sight and we moved. When I went to Dokko mountain before, there are many stars in the sky. That like planetarium! But I was sorry, we couldn’t see stars yesterday.
Second, we went bowling. I can’t play bowling well but I like to play bowling! It is very fun. Yesterday, we made up six teams and compete in the bowling. It was regrettable that our team took fifth place. But I enjoyed very much! Because I played bowling, I had muscular rheumatism today.
I had a very good time yesterday!

I heard a happy news!
I like Ringo Shena, Japanese singer. I listen to her songs everyday. Today, I checked her home page, the article said she will sale her new album in June. She never sold her CDs since last July. So I am very happy and I will buy the CD.

BR 1-01: Victorian Adventure

This week, I red "Victorian Adventure". The reason why I chose this book, I like adventure novels. "Alice's adventure in wonderland" is my favorite novel.

This book's digest: Three children are took to London in the past by the magic key. Then they meet a girl and a boy. they take three children to Buckingham Palace. They meet grandchildren of Queen Victoria and play with them in Buckingham Palace.

This book is interesting for me. But I didn't understand that the three children go to in the past first. So I wonder why the glandchildren don't know television when I red this conversation; "How did you learn to play it?" said one of the grandchildren. "We saw it on television."said Chip. "On what?" asked Jack. I realize half-red that three children go to in the past and I understand this book.

go to Brazil

Today, I had a speaking test. I went to class before twenty minutes that the test start, but I waited thirty minutes more. It didn’t according to timesheet. I couldn’t speak as well as I think. After that, I and my friend went to e-campus center to register our curriculum. Both of us are weak to use computer. So we registered our curriculum with troubling.
However, I had big news. My father went to Brazil as business trip this morning. He goes to there for three month. So from today, there are only three people in my house. I feel that my house is larger. I hope that he can arrive to Brazil safely.

holiday

I have no part-time job today. So I got up toward the noon. Because I have no plan today, first, I did my homework of writing and speaking class. I have a lot of writing class's homework so I will try to do my homeworks everyday. Do my best.
Second, I cleaned my room. I've never cleaned my room since a month ago so my room was in a mess. But my room is clean now. I'll keep my room clean.
At night, I watched TV, "the homeless junior high school student". I don't read This original book but I'm interested in it and I want to read it.

Ophthalmology

I've had a sore eyes since a week ago so I couldn't wear contact lenses. So I've worn glasses for a week. I should have went to ophthlmology early but I have no time to go there because I had part-time job. At last, I could go to ophthalmology today. In ophthalmology, my doctor said that I get into allergy. Also, my doctor gave me eye drops and she said that I have to apply eyedrops three times in a day.
After I went to ophthalmology, I had a part-time, too. I noticed that there are many teenager who bought dictionaries of various kind. I think that they may be freshman in high school. So they need dictionaries. But because of dictionaries are heavy, I was very tired today.
I feel very sleepy so I'll go to bed soon. Good night.

my old friend

Today, I had only two classes. When I took train today, my old friend took same train next station. As soon as he took the train, he noticed me. He is a Kumamoto univercity student and he wants to be a teacher in the future. I and he belonged to badminton club when we were high school students. I don't belong to badminton club in univercity but he belong to badminton club in univercity again. He asked to me "what club do you belong to in univercity?" I answered " Economic reserch club." He was surprised and said. "Economic reserch club!? Are you interested in economics?" I said. "No. But we don't nearly always study economics. We always talking, driving, or having dinner in cafereria instead." "I see." he said. The train got to the station I have to get off and we said good bye. I hope I meet him again soon.
I have a part-time job at 18:00. so I have to prepare for the part-time job from now. See you.

Dear my host family

Hello. My name is Risa. I’m nineteen years old.

I like to watch movies. My favorite movie is “Pirate of the Caribbean”. I bought the DVD of this movie. I also like animals. I especially like cats. I have two cats. Do you have any pets? If you have pets, I’m glad and I want to meet them early.

I like sweets and fried chicken but I don’t like mushrooms and spicy foods. In my childhood, I didn’t like vegetables and I couldn’t eat them but nowadays I also eat vegetables. However, I don’t like any vegetables now. For example, green pepper and broccoli.

My family has five people and I have two sisters. One is three years older than me and other is six years younger. How many people do you have in your family?

I like shopping too. But this is the first time that I go to America. So I don’t know which goods are good or not. I also want to buy some souvenirs for my family and friends. Can you recommend something good gift or sweets and snacks? Please help me to buy souvenirs.

Recently I’m interested in cooking and I learned some recipes from my mother. When I go to your home, can you help your cooking and learn some easy cooking? I’ve started to learn cooking since only a month ago, so that I’m not good at cooking. But I hope I can learn at least one recipe.
